We will bring your event from conception to completion, by providing event organization, contract reviews, rental pick-ups, decoration assistance, vendor coordination, bartending services, event clean up and more.

Our "day-of" coordination actually begins 1-2 months before the event as this is the amount of time required to flawlessly execute a wedding. During this time the wedding planner will learn about the services you have secured and make sure that it all comes together on the day-of.  This services includes the following: 


  • Initial consultation to discuss your vision
  • Unlimited email, text and phone calls
  • Review all vendor contracts and contact them to confirm their arrival and needs one week prior to the wedding 
  • Ceremony orchestration and placement of people
  • Assistance with placing wedding decor including name cards, favours, guest book, seating chart, etc.
  • Creating a floorplan and a detailed timeline for the day
  • Communicate the venue location(s), the event timeline and any special requests to all of the vendors
  • Reception coordination, including bridal party entrance, cuing MC, cake cutting, first dance, bouquet toss etc
  • Full access to a wedding 'emergency kit'


  • Clean-up assistance and rental item return coordination may also be included in this package

With full coordination we will be available for your rehearsal, ceremony and reception right up to the clean-up. Full coordination packages include all of the services listed under day-of coordination and may include (but are not limited to) the following: 

  • Initial consultation to discuss your vision
  • Theme, color and guest favour concept design idea
  • Budget creation and management
  • Vendor recommendations and sourcing 
  • Venue and vendor contract negotiation and review
  • Attendance and coordination at the ceremony rehearsal
  • Arranging transportation for the bridal party
  • Assistance with set up of wedding items: place cards, favours, guest book, etc. 
  • Creating a timeline for the wedding day
  • Finalizing all details and liaising with vendors
  • Pick-up and deliver small items to and from the venue
  • Event clean up and rental item return coordination  


  • Please ask about our current inventory of wedding decor, including signs, vases, lanterns, card boxes, table numbers lights etc. as they are included in the fee.
