Creating an organized space begins by sorting through your items and keeping only what is useful or meaningful to you. Our team will help you to identify, remove, re-purpose, or dispose of unwanted items in an eco-conscious manner, and prepare a plan that stores and organizes the things you love. Once your organization goals have been established we can provide you with maintenance and on-going support so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones.

Home Staging + Packing / Unpacking
Whether you're downsizing or up-sizing, packing and moving can be physically exhausting, We can offer services to help you on either side of your move. These services include:
- Packing/Unpacking
- Setting up and managing a yard sale or online auction
- De-Cluttering and De-Personalizing your home
- Providing donation and or repurposing ideas
- Staging your home with your belongings
- Initial home organization set-up post move
We prefer to stage homes with furnishings that belong to the homeowner, thereby reducing or eliminating the need to rent props or purchase placeholders for the purpose of the sale.
While You're Away - House Sitting Services
Traveling can be exhausting and the last thing you want to worry about is getting to and from the airport, taking care of your home, pets and plants, who will bring in the mail and grocery shop when you get home because your fridge is empty. Let us take care of all of this for you. We will meet with you to develop a customized plan that will allow you to enjoy your time away and minimize your stress when you return.
Services may include:
- Arranging your travel to and from the Kingston train or bus station or airport
- Performing security and maintenance checks of your home, turn lights on/off
- Providing exterior property maintenance, as needed (gardens)
- Replenish your fridge on your return home, using the grocery list you provide
- Watering your indoor plants and bring in your mail and parcels
- Picking up a warm meal for you to enjoy when you return
Insurance, references and a current CPIC may be provided upon request. Pet services are also available

Preparing Homes For Sale
Whether your clients are preparing their house for selling market or they have just closed the deal on their dream home, Bowtie will provide a sense of calm and order in a chaotic time.
We will help to bring out the best features of your clients’ home by decluttering, packing away personal items, and nonessentials and highlighting key attributes. We prefer to stage homes with furnishings that are already in the home, which reduces or eliminates the need to rent props or placeholders.
We offer special realtor pricing and gift cards, which may be presented to your clients upon listing. An organized home is the perfect way for your clients to receive top dollar for their home.
Moving / Packing
Agents know that moving is one of life’s most stressful events. For many clients, the real anxiety begins once the deal closes and they find themselves surrounded by boxes and chaos. We can assist your client so that unpacking on the other end is made easier. We will even help you find a trained professional organizer in the client's new city and coordinate the move so that all they have to do is arrive and enjoy.
