Moving, Staging, and downsizing

We provide practical assistance to help you eliminate unwanted items, ensuring that only the items you cherish move with you. The additional space you'll gain will serve as an instant reward, motivating you to embrace your move. Our team will take care of coordinating the disposal of items, whether they are to be donated, tossed, or sold. We can even set up and managing a yard sale or online auction.

Where possible we prefer to stage homes with furnishings that belong to the homeowner, thereby reducing or eliminating the need to rent props or purchase placeholders for the purpose of the sale. From one-bedroom condos to entire estates, we will make sure your home is ready for the market. Lead organizer, Heather is not only resourceful and handy, she has a eye for design as well.

‍Full or partial packing services are available. Our packing system involves maximizing the space in each box and making sure that it is well labeled which makes finding things easy. Sourcing and packing materials are sourced and provided as required at an additional fee. 

Allow us to fully unpack for you, or just do the essential spaces to help get you started. We have experience unpacking and organizing entire houses, even prior to the clients arrival. All you have to do is show up and start living in your new home. We will even take all the boxes and packing materials with us!
